Branding and marketing: what's different
One Marketing page replaces the old list of links, and your brand now styles your emails.
NewWhat's new

Brand kitSet your logo, colors and font once. Saved emails follow.

FlowsMessages that send themselves: birthdays, no-shows, customers you haven't seen.

AI CrewHelpers that answer, write and reorder. You approve the work.
Where marketing is

- Side menu > Customers & growth > Marketing: Campaigns, Events, Call Campaigns, Social, AI Crew, Discounts, Menu boards, Brand kit, then Referral program, Customer reviews and Customer display.
- Website has its own menu: Website, Blog, Website analytics, Product reviews, Wishlist, Consumer app.
- Email templates and Text templates are in Settings > Templates. Old marketing templates are in Marketing > Content.
- Loyalty program is a Settings row. Receipt settings and Receipt designer are in Settings > Receipt.
Campaigns work differently

- Campaigns send once to a group. Flows send automatically when something happens. Segments are the groups.
- Channels: Email, Text or Email then text. A text with one picture goes as a picture message.
- Not in the new app: push-notification campaigns, the Push notification center and Memorable moments.

A flow can start when an order is placed, a booking is created, checked out, cancelled or marked no-show, someone abandons online booking, a customer signs up, has a birthday, or hasn't been seen for a while.
Brand kit

Set it once. Saving it restyles your saved email templates and the shared email wrapper.
Your customers' consent
Opt-outs are kept in a consent list. Staff can't put a customer back on texts: the customer replies YES. Website sign-up forms also need a YES reply.
Still the same
- Loyalty: same programs and providers
- Receipts, customer display, and email and text provider settings (in new places)
- Marketing reports
