Options include Discount, Exempt from product tax, Exempt from service tax, Wholesale customer group and Pay Later allowed by default
A Default group catches new customers
Customers can move into a group automatically based on spend, purchases or bookings

With Pay Later allowed, a customer can run a tab.

The Account tab shows Owed here, Unpaid tickets and a printable or emailable Statement
Take payment records a payment on account, and Add deposit holds money on their account
Set a Credit limit to put a ceiling on what they can owe
A customer with an unpaid balance cannot be deleted

What does a customer profile show?

Tabs such as Overview, Appointments, Notes, Tickets & packages, Special orders, Subscriptions, Memberships and Account, plus Pets or Other contacts, with Boarding and Balance log in the menu beside the tabs.

How do I merge duplicate customers?

Select two or more customers and choose Merge, or open More actions and choose Find and merge duplicates. Pets, reward points, store credit, tickets, appointments and notes move to the record you keep.

Can Franpos merge duplicates automatically?

Yes. Auto-merge every day matches by Email or Cell phone, for your stores or, at corporate, the whole company, and a Merge log records what it did.

Can I run a tab for a customer?

Yes. Allow Pay Later for the customer or their group, and the Account tab shows what they owe, with Take payment, Add deposit and a Credit limit.

Can I see what a customer has bought?

Yes. Tickets & packages has a Tickets list, an Items list you can search and rebuy from, and prepaid Packages.

Can I import my customer list?

Yes. In Import/Export, find Customer, download the template, fill it in and import it. Import and export are for a computer and need their own access.
