Frequently asked questions about Franpos daycare and boarding software

How does check-in and check-out work for daycare and boarding?

On the Boarding page, move a reservation card from Not checked in to In service when the pet arrives, and to Checked out when the stay is over. Pets still in a unit after your check-out time show under Late check out.

Can pet parents watch their pet in real time?

With the iDogCam camera integration, a View cam button shows in the customer's account on your website while their pet is checked in. You can include it with every stay or sell it as an add-on.

Does Franpos track feeding, medication and activity?

Yes. Each stay can carry a care schedule for Feeding, Medical, Exercise and Cleaning, and you can print a run card.

Can I monitor capacity across playrooms and kennels in real time?

Yes. The Table view shows how many beds are open for each room and day, and the Map view shows your floor plan for the day.

Does Franpos support online booking and prepayment for boarding?

Yes. Customers book boarding and daycare online, and you can take a deposit and require a card on file.

How does Franpos manage royalty fees for franchise locations?
