When does it start?
Starting October 26.
Is my team still in control?
Yes. The Command Center shows its reasoning before you act, and with AI replies your team can step in at any time; the AI stays out for 12 hours when they do.
What is Ask Pulse?
A question box in the top bar. Type how to do something and Pulse answers from the Help articles, with an Open this screen button. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.
What are AI replies?
AI that answers customers' texts and web chats, such as opening hours and closures. For pet care it can also book appointments. Your team can step in at any time.
Where do I find the welcome tour?
It opens the first time you sign in. To watch it again, open Help and choose the Welcome tour.
