The Franpos Command Center

Every morning, your business tells you what to do. In dollars.

Imagine a to-do list that did its own homework overnight. The Command Center is a ranked inbox of action cards, each with a dollar figure, so the most valuable thing is always first, the reasoning is one tap away, and the routine work can run itself.

A to-do list that does the maths

Stop deciding what to look at. The Command Center looks for you, ranks what it finds by the money at stake, and hands you a button.

The inbox

Ranked by value. Explained in one tap.

Inventory, Labor, Marketing, Services, Customers and Risk cards land in one inbox, most valuable first.

  • Every card shows a category, the reason it appeared, a few proof chips and a dollar figure with a caption saying what kind of money it is
  • Money that is only expected is labeled expected, and cash freed from slow stock is marked not profit
  • Four confidence bars and a word, Certain, High or Medium, say how sure Franpos is
  • Tap Why to read the reasoning and exactly what the button will do

Act in a tap

One button. Done, and tracking the result.

The card's main button does the job, such as creating a draft purchase order, or takes you to the right page to finish it yourself.

  • Approve N ready at the top runs every ready card in turn; if one fails, the rest still go through and you get one report
  • Undo reopens a card you acted on and cancels the draft order, as long as it has not been sent or received
  • Not now dismisses a card with a one-tap reason, or Remind me in a week brings it back later
  • Four tiles at the top filter the inbox by kind of money, and they are never added into one profit number

It watches the shelves, the schedule and the weather

The cards that notice things a busy owner never has time to notice.

Stock

Spot the gap before your customer does

Reorders, slow stock and the daily count list, in the inbox with a dollar value.

  • A draft purchase order for products about to run out, ready to approve
  • When items have not sold in 120 days, Put on sale creates one automatic discount on the Discounts page named Clearance, and Undo ends it
  • Items that would sell below cost, or whose cost, price or stock is missing, are left out of the sale, and the result tells you how many
  • With Auto schedule cycle count on, count cards show items nobody is assigned, counts off by more than your tolerance, and A and B items overdue
Labor

Staff for the day you will actually have

Two Labor cards compare the schedule with your own history, never with a general rule.

  • The weather card appears when the forecast says rain, snow, storm or extreme heat or cold and your own past sales say that weather slows you down
  • The labor forecast card forecasts each of the next seven days from the same day last year and your recent trend, then compares it with the labor you scheduled
  • Cards open your Schedule; they never send anyone home, change the schedule or message your team
  • On a busy, thinly covered day the card names the gap in labor hours and claims no dollar figure it cannot know

Autopilot. Your rules, your limits.

Switch on a card type and Franpos handles it for you inside the limits you set. Every type starts Off, and each switch saves right away.

Autopilot and the Scoreboard

Work done for you, counted honestly

What Autopilot does shows up in the inbox as Done, so you can still see it and undo it.

  • Create draft purchase orders up to an Autopilot limit you set, send reorder texts and assign today's counts to your team
  • The Scoreboard shows the month so far: Found, Acted on, Measured result and Work done for you
  • Measured money is only what Franpos could confirm; expected money is kept separate and never counted as earned
  • A morning digest with the top three things that need you goes out around 7 am store time, by email or text
  • For pet care: request vaccine records before check-in, and send open-night offers to the waitlist

Some things never run without a person

Autopilot is built to be trusted. These stay with you, always.

Price changes and markdowns

Never on Autopilot. A person decides.

Refunds

Never on Autopilot.

Refusing a booking

Never on Autopilot.

Anything about a named employee

Always a decision for a person.

The Command Center, answered

What is the Franpos Command Center?
A ranked inbox of action cards, each with a dollar figure, that tells you what to do today. It also has a Scoreboard for what acting on those cards earned, and Autopilot for the routine ones.
Does it change anything without my approval?
No. Franpos does not send or change anything without your tap, unless you turned that card type on in Autopilot. Price changes, markdowns, refusing a booking, refunds and anything about a named employee can never run on Autopilot.
Are the dollar figures profit?
No, and the card says so. Each figure has a caption for the kind of money it is: expected money is labeled expected, cash freed from slow stock is marked not profit, and labor savings are labor cost you could save.
Why is my inbox sometimes empty?
Cards are built once a night and the page shows when the last run was, so something that starts during the day may wait for the next run. Some card types are still being added, so the inbox can be short on a quiet day. Weather and labor forecast cards are not turned on for every account yet, so ask us whether they are on for yours.
Who can see the Command Center?
People with access to it, which a manager or owner can give. Anyone who can open it sees everything on it, including cost and margin. It works on phones too.
What does it cost?
Every business is different, so we quote per location. Book a demo and we will walk you through it.
