Ask Pulse is a chat that answers how-to questions about Franpos and walks the person to the right page.

Any signed-in team member can use it, from the top bar on a computer, or from the You sheet on a phone.

Answers come from the same Help articles you can read yourself, and each shows which article it came from
Plain steps, with a Show me button that opens the screen, when you have access to it
Every answer is labeled Ask Pulse AI, and the sheet says plainly that it can make mistakes
Thumbs up or down under every answer tell the Franpos team whether it helped
When an answer rests on an article with a guided lesson, a Start the lesson button opens it in Help

Ask Pulse never traps you. If it cannot solve it, you can reach the Franpos team without leaving the app.

Talk to a person opens a request, and Contact support starts a chat with a Franpos rep right in the same sheet
Help lists every article by area, with a search box and a Guided lesson chip where a lesson exists
Finish every lesson on a path to earn its badge, and managers see Certified next to your name on Team progress

One search box for the whole business

Find anything in Franpos without knowing where it lives.

Customers, products, orders, pages, settings.

Open it from the top bar, the phone header, or with Ctrl or Cmd and the slash key.

Pages, reports and settings match as you type
Customers are found by name, phone, email, or by their pet, even with a typo
Orders are found by ticket number, customer name or phone, or a SKU sold on them
Products are found by name, and a pasted SKU or code is badged as an exact match
Up and down move, Enter opens, and the last six things you opened wait under Recent
From the Register, Ctrl or Cmd with Enter adds the product to the open sale

Search the way customers talk

Stores with the smart search, which comes with online ordering, can read a whole sentence on the Products page.

A sentence like salmon dog food in stock becomes a search with filters you can remove with one tap
It fixes typos from your own catalog's vocabulary
A line above the results shows what it searched for and lets you search for your exact words instead

What is Ask Pulse?

Ask Pulse is the assistant built into Franpos. Type a how-to question and it answers from the Franpos Help articles in plain steps, with a Show me button that opens the right screen.

Can Ask Pulse see my sales numbers?

Not yet. The sheet itself says it can make mistakes and cannot see your store's numbers yet. For your numbers, the Dashboard, the Command Center and the Reports show them.

Is there a search box for customers, products and orders?

Yes. One search box finds pages, reports, settings, customers, products and orders. Open it from the top bar or with Ctrl or Cmd and the slash key.

What if Ask Pulse cannot answer?

Choose Talk to a person, or Contact support, to reach a Franpos rep. A chat with the rep happens right in the same sheet.

Can it teach my team?

Where guided training is turned on, Help has a Training tab with lessons that point at the real screens, badges for finishing a path, and a Team progress view for managers.
