Intake forms are questions owners answer about each pet. Waivers are agreements customers sign.

An intake form can be asked Once per pet or Every booking, with Require approval before booking
Show only if... hides a question unless an earlier answer matches
Start from a Mobile grooming intake form that already asks about biting and rabies vaccination
Waivers apply to Booking, Boarding, Daycare, Mobile grooming, Walk-in, Product/service and Pickup Dropoff
Terms are kept as versions with an Effective date, and Sign on each visit is a switch

Your team scores categories you define, and owners see the ones you mark parent-facing.

Turn it on separately for Booking, Boarding, Daycare and Mobile grooming
Score each category with a 5-Star or 10-Star method, flag a low score and celebrate a great one
Attach a recommendation: an Advice note, an Internal note, a Product or a Service or add-on
Visible to Staff only or Parent-facing, per category
Email the owner the link to a report card, and again later from the pet's Details tab

Style cards

A style card records how a pet is groomed: the cut on each body area, blade or guard, the finish and handling reminders.

Define your own Body areas, tools and finishes, and Photo labels
Set Max styles per pet, Require a default style, and ask the owner to approve each new revision
Print a card with Handling reminders, Cut specification, Photos and your logo
Prices and payment details are never printed on a style card

Where do pets live in Franpos?

Under their owner. A customer's profile has a Pets tab for pet businesses, and the Customers list can be filtered to customers who have pets.

Can I require a form before a pet can be booked?

Yes. An intake form with Require approval before booking blocks booking until staff approve the pet's answers for the booking types it applies to.

How do waivers work?

Add a waiver, choose what it applies to, and add your terms with an Effective date. Switch on Sign on each visit if customers must sign every time, or leave it off for once per version.

What is a pet report card?

A scored summary of a visit. Your team scores categories like Skin, Coat or Ears, and owners see the categories you mark parent-facing.

Can I email a report card again?

Yes. The pet's Details tab lists previous report cards, and each row has an Email to the owner button, or Email to the owner again once it has gone.

Does the grooming style card work for every business?

It is built for pet businesses, switched on under Pet grooming style card in Settings, and hidden from appointments and pet profiles while it is off.
