Send limits include Quiet hours, so nobody is messaged overnight, and a Frequency cap across every campaign and flow
Customers who reply STOP or use an unsubscribe link are opted out and should not be messaged again
Performance for emails shows delivered, opened, clicked and unsubscribed; texts show everyone a message was sent to
Sending asks you to confirm first, because a sent campaign cannot be recalled

What does Write with AI do?

It drafts or rewords your message. Pick a quick option such as Make this friendlier, or describe a change in your own words, preview the suggestion and choose whether it replaces your text.

Will it send anything without my say-so?

No. Write with AI only changes the draft you are looking at, after a preview. A campaign is sent only when you press Send and confirm it.

Can I write both emails and texts?

Yes. A campaign's channel is Email or SMS, and the email, then text option reaches each customer on the channel you have for them.

How do I avoid over-messaging customers?

Send limits has Quiet hours and a Frequency cap that count every campaign and flow, and customers who opt out are not messaged again.

Can I test two versions?

Yes. Turn on A/B test and send the better version to everyone else, or send half of each to everyone.
