Missing data counts live items with no category, brand, vendor, image, SKU or barcode
Price drift counts items whose online price differs from the in-store price, and items whose online price is no longer the one the pricing rule applied
Not sent to channels counts items that went to the online store or DoorDash inactive or without a price
Lists open a page at a time, and you can open an item to fix it

Why a price could not be set

Pricing warnings tell you the reason, in plain words.

Zero price means the price worked out to 0.00
No price means no vendor cost, item cost or in-store price was found
Rule fallback means the rule would give a negative price, so it was not used

The Catalog Overview counts items with a missing price, cost or image, and each tile opens the list already filtered
The same four lists are under Reports in a Catalog health group
If a product fails to reach Google, the sync page lists it with the reason, such as no photo or a barcode that is not a valid GTIN

What is catalog health?

A page that counts the problems in your master catalog, such as items with no price, missing data, price drift and items that did not reach your online channels, and links each count to its list.

How do I find items with no price?

Items without a price counts live items with no in-store price or a price of 0.00. Show items opens the list, and you can open an item to set its price.

What is price drift?

Items whose online price differs from the in-store price, and items whose online price is no longer the one the pricing rule applied.

Who can see Catalog health?

It is the landing page of a location whose business category is PIM (product master), for people who can open Products. Pricing figures are for the head office login.

Does it show a trend over time?

Not yet. There is no per-day trend of warnings, because Franpos does not keep that history yet.
