Stores receive only the rows that changed

Territories and drift

The right book to the right stores

Assign a book to territories, and see who has gone off it.

Assign territories to a book; a territory can hold only one book per vendor
The Territories tab shows each territory's locations, last applied time and status, and lists stores that belong to no territory
Drift is a store that changed an item's price away from the book after it was published
Reset store puts one store back on the book's prices, or Reset all to book does every store, after asking

A rule, not a spreadsheet

Choose a channel, then edit the chain default row or add a rule for a territory.

Price from the in-store price or the vendor cost
Choose a Markup on top, or a Margin on the selling price, with a percent or a fixed amount
Choose the rounding, for example Nearest .05 or Ends in .99

Exceptions, handled and visible

One store needs its own price, or an online store is out of step.

Add store price sets an item's price for a channel at one store, and Remove lets the rule price it again
Online prices shows each online store's last refresh, with Refresh all, Refresh and Reset store to rule
Turning on the rule can replace online prices that stores set themselves; Franpos lists how many per store and changes nothing until you press Replace and turn on
Pricing warnings lists items a channel could not price: Zero price, No price or Rule fallback

What is a price book?

A price book keeps one vendor's price list so a head office can update item prices and costs for many stores at once. You upload the vendor's file, check the preview, choose when to send it, and assign it to territories.

Can I schedule a price change?

Yes. After the preview you choose Immediately or Scheduled with a time, and you can cancel a scheduled publish before it goes out.

How do I price my online store and delivery app differently?

Channel pricing sets the Online store price and DoorDash price from the in-store price or the vendor cost, with a markup or a margin and rounding, for the whole chain or for a territory.

What if a store changes a price after I publish?

That is drift. The Drift tab lists the stores with changed items, and you can reset one store or all of them back to the book.

Who can use these pages?

Only the head office login, for people who may add and edit products and manage locations. A single store does not have them.
