Franpos builds a short count list for you each day from what actually sells, hands it out to your team, and holds anything suspicious for a manager to approve. When you do need a full count, Reconcile shows the cost of every difference before you commit.

Every item is ranked A, B, C, D or X from your last 90 days of sales, and faster sellers are counted more often
The list holds what is due or overdue, most overdue first, up to a Daily limit you can change in Count schedule
Some items jump the queue, and a Why today column says why: Negative stock, a last count that was off, or stock on hand with no recent sale

A count outside tolerance moves to Needs review and changes nothing until a reviewer approves it
A reviewer chooses Approve to adjust stock, or Recount to send the item back with the count cleared
The Command Center shows cards for items nobody is assigned, counts waiting for a decision, and A and B items overdue

Items that differ need a Reason: Replace QOH, Deduct from QOH or Add to QOH, with a lot code or a note if you want one
Zero out missing items is for a full count, and sets every item nobody counted to zero
Review and send first; Send and apply to stock cannot be undone, and a mistake is fixed with another reconcile
A big count is applied in the background, and History shows the result with a download

What is a cycle count?

A short list of items counted every day instead of a whole-store stock take, so every item is counted regularly through the year without closing.

How does Franpos decide what to count today?

It ranks items A, B, C, D or X from your last 90 days of sales and counts faster sellers more often. Items with negative stock, a last count that was off, or stock with no recent sale can jump the queue.

Can I turn on automatic assignment?

Yes. In Count schedule you can turn on the daily automation, which builds and assigns the list at the hour you choose and notifies each person.

What happens when a count is far off?

It goes to Needs review. Stock does not change until a reviewer approves it, or sends the item back for a recount.

Can I undo a reconcile?

No, applying a reconcile to stock cannot be undone. Review the variance and value first. A mistake is fixed with another reconcile with the correct counts.
