DoorDash Marketplace, arriving in November

It brings DoorDash orders into Franpos and sends DoorDash your menu or catalog.

A restaurant sends its menu to DoorDash and sees a store status card; a shop sends its catalog, stock and prices
Mark a DoorDash ticket Ready, or cancel it with a reason, on the order screen and DoorDash is told
Pause store stops new DoorDash orders until you resume or the end time passes
Items and modifier options you mark unavailable stop selling on DoorDash

Uber Eats

Uber Eats, where it is switched on

Connect with Uber, pick your store, and activate it.

A restaurant's menu, prices and item availability go to Uber Eats; other stores send their catalog with prices and barcodes
Uber Eats orders arrive in Franpos as tickets and are accepted on their own
Pause store and Resume store, and Send holidays for the next 60 days

Connect your Shopify store, link your stores to Shopify locations, and keep stock and price in sync.

Match products by SKU or Product code, and choose whether Shopify changes can come in
Send quantity on hand and Send price, with a Sync now that fixes what differs
Receive online orders from Shopify and send delivered status back
Link a store to a Shopify location; only linked stores send stock

Shopify gets quantity on hand and price; stock and prices can go to DoorDash Marketplace for shops.

Which apps does Franpos connect to?

DoorDash Marketplace, arriving in November; Uber Eats, where it is switched on for your system; and a Shopify store sync. Delivering orders yourself is a separate set of settings under Delivery settings.

How do outside orders show up?

As tickets. They appear on the order screen and on the Pickup and delivery board with a source badge, and you work on them there.

Can I pause the apps when I am too busy?

Yes. On a restaurant, Pause store stops new orders until you resume or an end time passes, and Resume store opens it again.

Does my menu go to the apps?

Yes. A restaurant's menu, prices and item availability go to the app, and other stores send their catalog. Each push replaces what the app has, so make changes in Franpos.

What tax and payment type do outside orders use?

The Third party tax and Third party payment method you choose on the Marketplace orders page. Default means your normal ones.

Does Franpos sync stock to Shopify?

Yes. Turn on Send quantity on hand or Send price, link your stores to Shopify locations and use Sync now. It overwrites what Shopify shows with the quantity and price in Franpos, so it asks you to confirm first.
