How do I build my floor plan?

Open the Floor plan editor, add a room, then add Tables, Walls, Plants, Areas and Labels and drag them into place. A table's name, seats, shape and section save when you tap Apply, and moving and resizing save as you go.

Can I draw a round table?

Yes. Set the table's Shape to Oval and give it the same Width and Height. The shapes offered are Rectangle and Oval.

What if a party sits somewhere I have not drawn?

In the table picker choose Type a table instead and write where they are sitting.

Can guests book a table online?

Yes. With Reservations on, you set the smallest and largest online party, the notice needed and how far ahead guests can book, and whether online reservations are confirmed right away.

Does a ticket on the Register attach to a table?

No. Tables are used by Reservations and the Walk-ins host stand, not by the ticket on the Register, which also has no control to hold or fire a course.

What happens to a deposit when a guest cancels?

You choose: by the cancel policy, refund in full, or keep the deposit. A no-show always keeps the deposit.
